私たちは、人生に一つの正しい答えがあるとは考えていません。何を大切にするのか。どんな人生を歩みたいのか。何を選び、何を手放すのか。その答えは、一人ひとり違います。そして、人生とともに変わっていくこともあります。だからこそ、自分自身を見つめ、考え、感じ、選び直すことが大切だと考えています。

We believe there is no single right answer to how a life should be lived. What matters to me? What kind of life do I want? What do I choose, and what do I let go of? Each person’s answers are different, and they may change over time. That is why it matters to reflect, pay attention to how we feel, and give ourselves room to choose again.

Technology should support that process while leaving the thinking and decisions in our hands. It should help us understand ourselves more deeply, notice what we might otherwise miss, and exercise our own judgment. Technology should not stand in front of people; it should stand beside them, drawing out human curiosity, sensitivity, and judgment. That is the relationship between people and technology REFLEKT is working toward.
