アマゾン ウェブ サービス ジャパンでは常務執行役員としてStrategy & Operations組織を統括。クラウド・AI市場における成長戦略と事業計画の策定から、Go-to-Marketの推進、フォーキャスト、投資・リソース計画、組織運営メカニズムの構築までを担い、継続的な売上成長と組織のスケールアップを支えた。

それ以前は、ヴイエムウェア執行役員として日本の戦略・事業計画をリードするとともに、アジア太平洋地域のエンタープライズ戦略や戦略案件を担当。シスコシステムズでは事業部長として、複数の市場領域における営業・事業運営を担った。

2026年、長年の経営・リーダーシップ経験と、日々の内省の実践をもとにREFLEKTを共同創業。

同志社大学商学部卒。Hult International Business School Global Executive MBA、MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Program in General Management修了。

Seiji Morioka is a technology executive, entrepreneur, and advisor with more than 30 years of experience leading global businesses—from strategy development to day-to-day business execution. His experience spans business strategy, go-to-market, sales transformation, organizational leadership, and the development of scalable management and operating foundations.

At Amazon Web Services Japan (AWS Japan), he served as Executive Officer and Head of Strategy & Operations. Alongside shaping growth strategy and business plans in the rapidly evolving cloud and AI market, he drove go-to-market execution, forecasting, investment and resource planning, and the development of scalable operating mechanisms—supporting sustained revenue growth and helping scale the organization.

Previously, he held executive and business leadership roles at VMware and Cisco Systems. At VMware, he led strategy and planning for Japan while also taking on regional responsibilities across Asia Pacific in enterprise strategy and strategic pursuits. At Cisco Systems, he led sales and business operations across multiple market segments in Japan.

In 2026, he co-founded REFLEKT, bringing together decades of leadership, transformation, and business execution experience with his personal practice of reflection.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Doshisha University and a Global Executive MBA from Hult International Business School, and completed the Executive Program in General Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management.

15年以上にわたり、クラウド、AI、フィンテック領域で技術と組織をリードし、5年以上にわたるCxO経験を持つ。カナダのフィンテック企業BrainFinanceではCTO兼CISOを務め、安全なクラウドネイティブ融資基盤を構築・拡大。100万人を超えるユーザーと10億ドル規模のローンポートフォリオを支えるプラットフォームへと成長させた。

現在はSweetTech.aiおよびSweetAg.aiのCTOとして、商業・農業融資向けAIネイティブプラットフォームの技術を統括。規制の厳しい業界における、安全でコンプライアンスに準拠したクラウド基盤、AI・機械学習、DevSecOpsに深い専門性を持つ。

Rafik Hariri UniversityでComputer Engineeringの修士号を取得。MIT Sloan School of Management Executive Program in General Management、MIT CTO Program修了。

Wael El Ghazzawi is a technology executive with more than 15 years of experience leading technology and organizations across cloud computing, AI, and fintech, including over five years in C-suite roles. As CTO and CISO of Canadian fintech BrainFinance, he built and scaled a secure, cloud-native lending platform serving more than one million users and supporting a billion-dollar loan portfolio.

He currently serves as CTO of SweetTech.ai and SweetAg.ai, leading technology for AI-native commercial and agricultural lending platforms. He brings deep expertise in secure and compliant cloud architecture, AI and machine learning, and DevSecOps for highly regulated industries.

He holds a Master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Rafik Hariri University and completed the Executive Program in General Management at the MIT Sloan School of Management and the MIT CTO Program.

At REFLEKT, he leads technology strategy, architecture, and engineering. He is based in Montreal, Canada.
